Payment Information


Q: What forms of payment does Stitch Sensations accept for online orders?

A: We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), PayPal or money order.


Q: What is PayPal?

A: PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to make purchases using any major credit card or directly from your bank account.  You need to setup a free PayPal account to use the service.   You can setup your PayPal account at checkout, or you can click here to setup an account now.  For more information about PayPal, please visit their web page at www.paypal.com.


Q: When does my order begin processing?

A: Orders begin processing when payment through your credit card, PayPal or Money Order is received. 


Q: Who should PayPal payments be made to?

A: Orders made online will be automatically directed to a secure server to complete the processing of PayPal payments upon checkout.  Stitch Sensation's account name with PayPal is payments@stitchsensations.com.


Q: Who should money orders be made payable to?

A: All money orders should be made payable to Stitch Sensations.


Ordering Information


Q: Does Stitch Sensations take phone orders?

A: Stitch Sensations takes only special request orders by telephone. If you have a special request, please contact us by email first. If necessary, we will contact you by telephone. There may be a surcharge for special request orders.


Q: How soon will my order be shipped?

A: Orders for in-stock items will generally ship as indicated in the availability section of each product. If a time frame is not listed, in stock items will usually ship within 1 to 3 business days from receipt of your payment. If an item you are ordering is not in stock, the completion of your order may be delayed. If your order is expected to be delayed, you will be notified of the delay and given an estimated completion date. If the estimated completion date is unsatisfactory, you will be given the opportunity to cancel any part of your order at that time.


Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Stitch Sensations offers expedited shipping via FedEx. The cost of the expedited shipping will be the actual shipping cost from FedEx plus a $10.00 handling fee. Please contact Stitch Sensations via email, prior to ordering, for a more specific shipping quote. The specific items you wish to purchase and the zip code the items will be shipping to should be included in the email so that we can give an accurate price quote.


Q: Does Stitch Sensations ship outside of the United States?

A: Currently, Stitch Sensations only ships within the United States.


Q: How much does Stitch Sensations charge for shipping within the United States?

A: The standard shipping fees are determined in the shopping cart based on the location the items will be shipping to and the number of items in the shopping cart. Our shipping rates start at $6.95 for the first item with a decreasing per item charge for additional items. The standard shipping fees are for the most cost efficient method of either USPS Priority Shipping or FedEx Home/Ground Shipping. Please note that Stitch Sensations currently does not ship outside of the United States.


Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

A: If your order does not contain any personalized items, it may be cancelled if the order has not been shipped. However, if your order contains items that are to be personalized, the order cannot be cancelled once the personalization process has begun. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately to determine whether or not the items have begun personalization or been shipped.


Q: Does Stitch Sensations take special requests?

A: We do take special request orders. If you would like to place an order with a special request, please contact us before ordering to have your request evaluated. If your request is approved, we will give you instructions on the steps to complete your order.


Q: Does Stitch Sensations offer bulk discounts on personalized or embroidered gift items?

A: We do offer bulk orders at a discount for some items. Please contact us for pricing and expected production times for bulk orders. We recommend contacting us as far in advance as possible to arrange for bulk orders.


Q: Does Stitch Sensations offer items at wholesale prices?

A: Stitch Sensations is a retailer and not a wholesaler. We do however, frequently fulfill orders on behalf of other retailers at our regular catalog prices. Please note that Stitch Sensations reserves the right to deny the fulfillment of any other retailer's order or charge a handling fee to render such services.


Q: Why am I receiving a "Syntax Error" when I attempt to add an item to the shopping cart?

A: If you are attempting to add an item to the cart without first selecting a "Personalization Option", then you will get an error. If you do not wish to have the item personalized, please select the "No Personalization" option and then add the item to the shopping cart.
