Your privacy is of the utmost importance to Stitch Sensations.  We will protect the privacy of our customers and visitors to the greatest extent possible.  We never sell or rent any information about our customers or visitors to anyone outside our organization.

We maintain visitor-furnished information only as necessary to fill your order and to provide customer service. All individual information is maintained in a secure database.  We use SSL encryption to secure transmission of sensitive data.


If you join our mailing list, instructions to opt-out of future mailings will be included.  Any e-mail we send you will offer the option to opt-out of future mailings.


Return Policies:

Non-personalized items may be returned to Stitch Sensations if they are in their original undamaged condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receipt of the item. Stitch Sensations should be contacted prior to returning an item to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Stitch Sensations.

Personalized items may be returned to Stitch Sensations only in the event that the item was received in a damaged condition or an error was made in the personalization by Stitch Sensations. Only exchanges will be made for returned personalized items - No refunds are given. If the personalization error was made by the customer, the item may not be returned. All items that qualify for an exchange must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the item. Stitch Sensations should be contacted prior to returning an item to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
